シンガポールのHEAD財団が開催する気候変動影響シリーズのウェビナー。
今回は、水、エネルギー、食糧と言う関係の中で特にエネルギーに着目し、化石燃料に依存する東南アジア諸国が、再生可能エネルギー等を活用して巨大なエネルギー需要の増大に対処するための方策を検討する。
